Terms & Subscription
These Terms govern your use of Cezar and, where applicable, your Cezar Premium subscription. By creating an account or using Cezar, you agree to these Terms.
About Cezar
Cezar is a Due Intelligence service designed to help users discover and better understand business opportunities. Cezar organizes and analyzes available opportunity information, highlights relevant points and helps users identify information that may require further investigation. Cezar does not perform due diligence and does not independently verify every statement made by sellers or other third parties.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity carried out through your account. You must provide accurate information where it is required for your account, subscription or payment. You may not use Cezar unlawfully, interfere with the operation or security of the service, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse Cezar or its content.
Cezar Free
Cezar Free is available at no charge. Cezar Free currently provides three Cezar Picks per day with Cezar opportunity intelligence for those opportunities. No payment card is required for Cezar Free. Cezar may develop or adjust Free features over time in accordance with applicable law.
Cezar Premium
Cezar Premium currently costs €24.99 per month, VAT included where applicable. Cezar Premium provides access to the full opportunity feed and Premium features including Preferences, Personal Fit, personalized prioritization, Like / Watch / Ignore, and the personalized Daily Brief with email delivery where enabled. There is currently no free trial or annual subscription.
Subscription and renewal
Cezar Premium is a monthly subscription. Your subscription begins when payment is successfully completed and Premium access is activated. Unless cancelled, Cezar Premium renews automatically each month and the applicable subscription price is charged through your payment method. Payments and subscriptions are processed through Stripe.
Cancellation
You may cancel Cezar Premium at any time. Unless otherwise required by law, cancellation stops future renewals and Premium access continues until the end of the period already paid for. After that period ends, your account returns to Cezar Free. Information associated with your account may be retained so that relevant account settings and personalization can become available again if you later return to Cezar Premium. Cancelling Cezar Premium does not delete your Cezar account. You can manage your subscription from your Account page.
Right of withdrawal for consumers
Consumers may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online subscription within 14 days, depending on applicable consumer law. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, Cezar provides the information and withdrawal method required by law. If you request that Cezar Premium begins during the withdrawal period, your rights and any amount payable for service already provided are determined in accordance with applicable consumer law. The statutory right of withdrawal is separate from cancelling future subscription renewals. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
Refunds
Cancelling a Premium subscription does not normally create a right to a refund for a subscription period that has already begun. Refunds will be provided where required by applicable law or where Cezar determines that a refund is otherwise appropriate. This does not limit statutory rights relating to withdrawal, defects or failure to provide the service as required.
Failed payments
If a subscription payment fails or cannot be completed, Premium access may be suspended or removed. Premium access may be restored after the payment or subscription issue has been resolved.
Prices and taxes
The applicable Cezar Premium price is displayed before purchase. Taxes are handled according to the customer, transaction and applicable tax rules. Cezar may change subscription prices in the future. Changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated and implemented in accordance with applicable law.
Opportunity information
Information relating to opportunities may originate from third parties and may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or later changed. Cezar may organize, summarize or analyze such information, but this does not mean that the underlying information has been independently verified. The presence or presentation of an opportunity in Cezar does not constitute a guarantee, endorsement or recommendation to complete a transaction.
No professional advice
Cezar provides information and analytical assistance. Cezar does not provide legal, financial, tax, accounting, investment or other regulated professional advice. You remain responsible for your own investigation, obtaining professional advice where appropriate, and making your own decisions.
No guarantee of outcomes
Cezar does not guarantee the continued availability of an opportunity, the accuracy of third-party information, or any particular commercial, financial or investment result. Cezar's analysis, scores, prioritization and personalization are informational tools and are not guarantees or predictions of future performance.
Service availability and development
Cezar may update, improve or change the service and its features over time. We aim to provide a reliable service, but uninterrupted or error-free availability cannot be guaranteed. Temporary interruptions may occur because of maintenance, security, technical issues or circumstances outside Cezar's reasonable control.
Account restriction or termination
Cezar may restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of serious misuse, unlawful activity, security risks, attempts to interfere with the service or a material breach of these Terms. Where required by applicable law, appropriate notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue will be provided. You may delete your account through the Account page.
Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in Privacy & Data.
Intellectual property and permitted use
Cezar and its software, design, branding, original content, analyses and other proprietary elements are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Access to Cezar does not transfer ownership of Cezar or its intellectual property to you. You may use Cezar for legitimate personal or business purposes in accordance with these Terms. Unless expressly permitted by Cezar or applicable law, you may not systematically copy, reproduce, extract, scrape, redistribute, resell or commercially exploit Cezar or substantial parts of its proprietary content or functionality. You may not attempt to circumvent technical protections or gain unauthorized access to Cezar. Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted.
Changes to these Terms
Cezar may update these Terms where reasonably necessary because of changes to the service, subscriptions, legal requirements or other legitimate reasons. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated where required by applicable law. The current version will be published on this page.
Applicable law and consumer rights
These Terms are governed by Swedish law. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory consumer protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence. Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly with Cezar, a consumer may have the right to refer the matter to an applicable consumer dispute-resolution body.
